Hello, my name is teacher Bethanie, and I love to teach grammar, vocabulary, storytime, book clubs, reading comprehension, writing, spelling, phonics, sight words, and all things English Language Arts!

My favorite things include reading, book hunting, laughing, writing, watching movies, and playing games! I have a cranky grey Tabby cat named Potter, a codependent Rat Terrier named Pippen, a distinguished orange Tabby cat named Salinger, a sweet Cockatiel named Poppy (who loves to give kisses and say "baby bird" & "peek-a-boo!"), and two precocious children (ages 14 and 17).
