The goal of this course is to learn new vocabulary words and how to incorporate the words into our everyday language. We will focus on eight vocabulary words from the National Reading Vocabulary lists for 5th and 6th grade each week. Each Monday I will send out a video recording of me working through a presentation of the words (along with pictures, sample sentences, part of speech, and synonyms) for the learners to watch. Experiencia y certificaciones del docente
Hello! I am so excited to meet your learner!
I have worked with dogs most of my adult life, and loved every minute of it! I took care of dogs while their parents were at work or traveling, as well as worked in dog nutrition and dog training. Our family rescues dogs.
I homeschool our two children (ages 11 and 12), so I have knowledge in math, history, science, and English as well. I used a Montessori approach in teaching our children math and we love playing games to practice our knowledge.
I teach classes that are interactive and love to answer questions. I want to make sure that students have their questions answered. Oftentimes I will send worksheets for students to do after our class meets for further instruction if they are interested in additional information.
