Experiencia de clase

With an emphasis on proper technique, students will move through a cardio and strength workout, which includes flow yoga, and fun poses. 

Workout may include: 
burpees, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, push-ups, crunches, flow yoga, and fun  cardio.

This class includes strenuous exercise. Students will monitor their pulse rate, and observe how it changes during the workout.

Please choose a location with plenty of space to move around, and no hard objects nearby. Please monitor your child to make sure they are safe and not over exerting themselves. They should have a water bottle nearby.

Session topics will be learner-centered, as I will assess leaner interest and fitness levels as each class progresses. I will also do my best to honor student requests.

Please contact me if your child has any injuries, pains, disabilities, or fears that might affect the exercises they can participate in during class so that I can be prepared with alternative exercises ahead of our meeting time. Thanks!
