Campamento de voleibol

In this 4 day (1 day per week for 4 weeks) beginner class, students will be taught by a head varsity volleyball coach, and will get an in depth introduction to each of the basic fundamentals of Volleyball.

We will go over:
Footwork of volleyball
Setting stance/approach
Proper setting hands
Passing platform
Hitter approach

This will be a group instructed course, but will provide each student one-on-one attention and feedback to ensure proper techniques and fundamentals are learned. I want to provide each of my students with a hands on experience even virtually. The class will be open for students to share feedback, ask questions and encourage group participation during the question and answer phase. 

Each day we will focus on a different skill: Fundamental Footwork, Passing, Setting, and Hitting
