What your children can learn here will change all aspects of their lives ( at home , school and friendships ), bringing more compassion, gratitude, empathy and love into their relationships and lives. This is a highly interactive class. The class atmosphere is relaxing and engaging. My intention is for students to feel at ease and comfortable and willing to participate in an open discussion. It’s through questions, answers, and shared thoughts that learning takes place. Students will learn and be encouraged to share their thoughts on each strategy, and will also engage in written activities that promote self awareness. DOES YOUR CHILD EXPERIENCE: * Fear * Get easily influenced by peers * Self doubt * Feeling shy and unworthy * Being bullied * Overcome with anxiety * Outbursts of anger BENEFITS OF THIS CLASS: * Identify feelings * Mindfulness * Power to see possibilities * Learn to stay in their own power when things don’t go their way. * Self-responsibility * Boundaries- how to say no * Self-love for confidence and healthy self-esteem * Self-talk- flip the negative Students do not need any previous knowledge on the topic to enroll in this class.

I am thrilled to work with students and Inspire them to make positive changes that will help them grow as individuals. I hold a degree in Speech Communications and Psychology. For the last ten years I have tutored children, teens, and adults. In addition, I have offered life skills workshops for teens that resulted in tremendous success. I have also volunteered in non profit organizations that provide after school enrichment programs for elementary and young teens.
