Nivel Intermediate
This class will cover WWI through WWII, including, the battles, technology, causes, legacy, important figures and themes. The specific topics that are covered are listed in the syllabus. We will do a good bit of lecture, but we will be looking at video clips, slide shows, and presentations. You will be creating propaganda, research-based presentations and essays, taking notes,a nd be involved in discussions. I have a laid-back and open teaching style, I respect everyone's opinions, and I expect respect of other people's opinions, and this class should be a safe, non-judgemental place where can discuss, sometimes difficult topics with reverence and respect.

We will be talking about the holocaust, and possibly showing images and video from the Holocaust We will also be looking at images of war and battles, which may be disturbing for some students.
