I have been a cook for a very long time. As a child, I would prepare dinners for my entire family of six brothers and sisters! And as an adult I've made countless meals for family and friends. Food, and food awareness are one of the greatest passions of my life.

Your student should be comfortable with cooking using heat, and knives. While we will refine these skills, it would be best if they have some experience cooking.
