Discover their scientifically proven practices for cultivating joy, courage, resilience, and creativity. Overcoming Negative Emotions: Learn to let go of negative emotions such as shame, perfectionism, comparison, and anxiety. Understand the psychological and physical impacts of dwelling on the negative and how to overcome the brain's natural "negativity bias."
