Dear Parents,
I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the teacher for Tagalog Adventures! Tagalog is my first language, and I bring 30 years of experience as an educator to this program. My journey began as a Kindergarten teacher at the University of the Philippines Integrated School in Diliman, Quezon City. I hold a master’s degree in Reading Education from the University of the Philippines and a doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Cincinnati.
After retiring early to care for my mother, I’m now back to doing what I love—teaching children, this time online. Watching young minds grow brings me immense joy, and I find children truly amazing. I’m excited to get to know your child and embark on this fun learning journey together!
