Clase Superioga (14 a 18 años) una clase dinámica para darle energía a tu día

En esta clase continua, los estudiantes podrán ejecutar posturas de yoga para mejorar su fuerza, concentración, flexibilidad y equilibrio, reducir el estrés y ayudar a dormir mejor mientras funciona como una meditación activa.

Experiencia de clase

I will be teaching Superioga - a method based on Hatha Yoga that promotes flexibility, strength, balance and works as an active meditation. During this class, learners will be able to do Yoga poses with dynamics and specific series which bring intensity without complexity. Be prepared to sweat. All poses are safe to execute. I always offer modifications and the learner can choose one that is better and more comfortable to do. No previous experience required. Only need an open workout space, a mat or towel and a bottle of water. All kids between 14 and 18 are welcome. 

- Week June 26th, 2023 - focus on dynamics and flow poses to produce a high level of energy - we will have Warrior 1, 2 and its variations. 

- Week July 3rd, 2023  -  focus on strength - through physical movements as Plank Pose and Warriors, we get stronger not only physically but also mentally for life.

- Week July 10th, 2023 - focus on flexibility - as much as we get more flexible on the mat it helps us to become more resilient out of the mat as well. 

- Week July 17th , 2023 - focus on balance - more postures focused on balance as Tree Pose to bring awareness for the present moment.
Metas de aprendizaje
Students will be able to do yoga poses and feel all the benefits after class - more focus, flexibility (not only physical) - it helps to improve resilience in other areas as well. Through a physical approach we can achieve many benefits for the mind.

Orientación para padres
There is no sensitive topic involved in this class. No warm up is necessary before the class because I start my class with it. This method is safe and simple. No previous experience is required. A workout space and a yoga mat or towel is recommended. The practice should be executed barefeet without socks.
