In Superhero Dance Moves we will cover action jumps, floor tricks, and what we think our favorite superhero dances’ like. We will begin warming up  with a superhero workout of basic jumps and strength training. Then we will begin learning what action jumps are and how they’re used in superhero movies. Then we will talk about who our personal favorite superhero is and what action jump we think they would do. From there we will learn our floor tricks, and lastly will put them all together to create our superhero routine. There is superhero or dance experience needed for this class, all tricks are kid friendly.
