This fact means that studying some Latin is an ideal vehicle for teaching basic language skills. - The aim is to teach students basics of Latin that also enrich their ability to use English. At the end of this eight-week class, students will have a basic knowledge of Latin vocabulary and grammar and knowledge of basic Roman history.
