We will start off with a warm-up and we will stretch our bodies. Stretches start from our head to our toes, including splits! The goal for this class is to take time to take care of our body by stretching. *The duration of the warm-up time may vary do to student participation. *All music is age appropriate. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends! *If you have a specific stretch you would like to work on let me know ahead of time!

The goal for this class is to stretch our whole bodies. This is great for taking a break from school work to get out of their chairs!

Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Stretch at your own risk.)
