STEM: Club social de constructores de ladrillos
En este club STEM semanal, los niños construirán y compartirán sus creaciones con ladrillos con sus amigos. Habrá un proyecto “temático” que los estudiantes construirán durante el club. Los niños explorarán su creatividad mientras socializan con otros.

Love Creating and building with bricks? So do we! In this weekly club, students will show-off their building skills and talent with other kid builders. Enthusiasm for building is a must! At the beginning of class, students will introduce themselves and share a creation of their choice with the class. Then, the weekly build-time theme is announced and discussed. Students will then have 20 minutes to build and create based on the theme of the week. At the end of class, students will share what they created during build time. Students are encouraged to give a positive critique and a virtual high-five for each builder. Themes: February 16- Animals February 23- Transportation March 2- Buildings March 9- In the Air Come have fun with us!

The goal is for students to be creative, interact with each other by offering ideas and suggestions and most importantly, have fun!!

Welcome to my online classroom! With 13 years of professional teaching experience, I have the knowledge, expertise and motivation to teach all learners.
In 2007, I graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in English and a certification in Elementary K-6 Education. I am also certified to teach Gifted Lerners and English as a Second Language. Although I have taught all subjects from Science to Math, Language Arts is my passion. This passion led to becoming the Media Specialist (aka librarian) for my K-5 school over the past 3 years.
