Sprout & Story: Sembrando las semillas de la lectura, la escritura y el descubrimiento

Learners will develop their listening, comprehension, and vocabulary skills through storytelling, interactive activities, and discussions. They'll also explore the life cycle of plants and engage in activities that encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative expression.

Like many of my other classes, this class is limited to a small group of 4 learners to ensure each child receives individual attention, has ample opportunities to participate, and feels supported in their learning journey.

This is an ongoing class. You may enroll at any point.

CLASS STRUCTURE:
🌻Welcome & Warm-Up: Interactive movement or sensory activity to engage learners.
🌻Storytime & Discussion: An interactive, original story related to the lesson theme.
🌻Interactive Activity: Creative writing, drawing, or nature-inspired science experiences.
🌻Share & Wrap-Up: Learners can share their work and reflect on what they’ve learned.

TEACHING APPROACH:
✨I foster an engaging, literacy-rich environment where stories come to life through expressive stories, creative activities, and hands-on exploration. My approach encourages active listening, imaginative expression, and curiosity while providing a supportive, learner-led space for learning. 

✨While I carefully plan each session, I also remain adaptable—allowing learners’ energy, ideas, and creativity to shape the flow of the class. I also foster a supportive environment where all learners feel comfortable participating at their own pace, whether that means speaking up, acting out, or sharing in the chat. I look forward to seeing how this class grows and evolves!
