Does your child love all things magical like glitter, Unicorns, and rainbows? Does your child need support with learning sight words? If so, then this class may be just right for your learner! 

Sparkle and Shine Sight Words is an Ongoing class. You can join or leave at any time that works for you and your schedule. I will explicitly teach 3-4 words each week by using fun visuals, movements, games, and songs. We will use both fine motor and gross motor skills to learn each word. We will practice spelling, reading, and writing the words using a multi-sensory and hands-on approach. Classes will include a variety of engaging learning activities. Each class will be interactive and fun! This class is good for Pre-K and Kindergarten students who have a good grasp on letter names and sounds. 

Each week, learners will engage in a variety of learning activities. I will post needed supplies, handouts and a reminder of the words to be covered in the classroom each week. You will receive any needed handouts/supply list 24 hours in advance. 

After class, I will provide your child with flashcards for each of the words introduced during class and an optional printable worksheet for additional practice.

I will be wearing my Unicorn horn to each class. Your child is welcome to wear their most sparkly or Unicorn-inspired gear to class. Get ready to get your sparkle and shine on to learn some sight words!
