Spot Español: El español a través del dibujo

In this two part class, we will increase our Spanish vocabulary through listening, drawing, and dialogue. 
 
In each meeting we will focus on a set of vocabulary words which we will draw and get to practice in class. 

The vocabulary that will be covered is:

Day #1: 
night/day
light/darkness
sun/moon
stars
up/down

Day #2:
nature
mointain
tree
grass
rocks
river
flow

Class time will consist of vocabulary review (spelling, pronunciation and visual examples), using the vocabulary in context with translations and a step-by-step guided drawing in immersion. 

*Please note: Drawing instruction will be in all Spanish. Students are NOT expected to understand everything said in this portion of the class. But, don't worry. Each step is also shown on camera. It is meant to provide an immersive experience and an opportunity for additional language acquisition. 

Maestra Zia is a happy teacher who loves to provide positive reinforcement and encourage student participation while instructing and modeling materials in a clear and fun way.  

No required experience. This is a basic/beginners class that introduces new Spanish language learners to key words in a fun way but also provides other extra language acquisition for them.
