In this fun and interactive class, learners will learn all about the science behind snowflakes through an interactive presentation involving PowerPoint slides, lots of student participation, movement, dancing, and games. At the end of the class, we will make a snowflake craft. No prior experience or knowledge is required, but learners who require supervision or assistance with scissors should be supervised. An alternate craft not involving scissors will also be provided if needed - let me know if you would like the alternate craft and I will make sure to accommodate!

Students should have a blank sheet of white paper (other colors are okay but they won’t look like traditional snowflakes) and round-tipped scissors (please make sure to supervise any students who need help with scissors). If you would like an alternative activity that does not involve scissors, please let me know! In that case, you will need paper and pencils/crayons/markers.
