Hey Families! As you probably know learning to set and achieve goals helps students excel in school, boost their confidence, and prepare for a successful future. Through interactive lessons, hands-on activities, and supportive teaching, learners will gain essential skills for personal and academic growth. Classes are structured as: Introduction Discussion of Goals Guided Activity Review and Feedback Self-Assessment, and Wrap-Up During the discussion of individual goals and ideas, and guided activities Mrs. Kristina will teach: *Introduction to S.M.A.R.T. Goals *Steps to create an action plan *Time management techniques *Strategies for overcoming obstacles *Self-reflection and personal growth Mrs. Kristina customizes her teaching to address each learner's unique needs and interests, ensuring they receive personalized feedback and the best 1-on-1 attention.

Students will learn to create goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. This framework ensures their goals are clear and actionable.Students will understand how to break down their goals into manageable steps, create a detailed action plan, and identify resources and strategies needed to achieve their goals.
