Puesta en marcha de una pequeña empresa: "Curso intensivo" único sobre los conceptos básicos de los negocios

Have you ever dreamed of turning your hobby into a money-making endeavor but don't know where to start?  If so, this is the class for you.  We will learn the basics of entrepreneurship and the steps to create your own business right now.  No previous experience is required, as we will work through the process from start to launch together. 
 

Topics that will be discussed during this course:
 
 - Students will learn what a business plan is and the importance of having one.  Together we will go over the parts of the business plan and create a customized plan for each student's business idea. 

- Students will learn about income and expenses as it pertains to their business.  They will learn basic bookkeeping and how to determine profit and loss.  We will also discuss setting SMART goals and reinvesting into your business for future growth.  

- We will go over creating a marketing plan and the different avenues for customer acquisition.  We will discuss words that sell and go through various strategies for advertising in an age-appropriate way.

 - Students will dig into what it takes to provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.  By the end of class, each student will have the basic skills and understanding to launch their business. 

Due to the smaller size of this class, students will be able to get more personalized instruction for each topic based on their business needs.
