¡Tiempo de socialización de sexto grado!

Everyone needs a little down time with friends! Each new school year is full of excitement, hurdles, and adventures. Moving on to middle school is a big deal, and it can be a little scary sometimes. This interactive social class will give new sixth graders the chance to make friends and have a great time letting loose. 

Learners will implement important conversational skills while discussing fun topics of interest or playing games with their peers. I will facilitate all discussions while providing a safe place where everyone feels welcome. Learners may join the fun at any time! 

Some topics of discussion may be hobbies, sports, favorite academic subjects, art, music, celebrities, and movies. Other discussion points and activities will be based on learner interests and suggestions. 

We will also occasionally play games such as Kahoot, Would You Rather, or Gimkit. Break-out rooms may be utilized for thoughtful and fun discussions if the group is large enough. 

Because the point of this group is conversational practice and interaction with other children, the session may be cancelled if we do not have at least two learners enrolled.
