Tarea
4+ horas por semana. There will be some in-class reading, but students will need to be able to read each novel in its allotted time of three weeks. Listening to an audiobook version is absolutely acceptable! The projects I provide are optional, so it's up to the student or to those in charge of a student's education to decide whether or not to engage in activities such as letter writing, music exploration, and art.
Evaluación
I am happy to provide letter grades when requested. Grades will be a combination of class participation, essays, and comments in the classroom for a general final grade. All essays are read and returned to learners with notes, helpful suggestions, and plenty of encouragement.

As graduate-level work, Jane Austen's works were a focus for me at The University of Oxford. These books remain at the top of my all-time favorites list, and I've been known to hide in my bedroom closet with my well-worn copy of 𝘗𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘫𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘦 and a chocolate bar . . . just one more chapter! As an author myself, I particularly enjoy studying the works and perspectives of other female authors.
