In this class, I will help learners prepare for the Reading and Writing section of the SAT. We will only focus on 5 new vocabulary words per week for greater retention. I will also teach common root words, prefixes, and suffixes. This will help learners be able to figure out unfamiliar vocabulary words that they might encounter on the SAT. Each class will also include a grammar lesson from one of the 8 most commonly tested grammatical concepts from the SAT. The grammar topics include: Subject-verb agreement Pronoun-antecedent agreement Plurals and possessives Verb forms Subject-modifier placement Linking clauses Supplements Punctuation Classes will be structured as follows: Introduction: 5 mins Vocabulary Lesson: 15 mins Vocabulary Practice: 15 mins Grammar Lesson: 15 mins Grammar Practice: 10 mins We will use games such as Kahoot to practice vocabulary and grammar.

Vocabulary & Plurals and Possessives
In this lesson, students will learn 5 new vocabulary words and how to create plural nouns as well as possessive nouns. They will also cover how to create possessive pronouns. 60 minutos de lección en vivo en línea

Vocabulary & Verbs Forms
In this lesson, students will learn 5 new vocabulary words and the types of verb form questions that appear on the SAT. They will also learn ways to identify the correct verb form in complex sentences. 60 minutos de lección en vivo en línea
