Intervención de lectura para alumnos que pasan a primer grado - Fundations: Ready to Rise

Students come together to review reading skills throughout the summer, completing the kindergarten to first grade transitional program that is Fundations inspired. 
Each day, learners will engage in phonics activities, including warm up, new concepts, alphabetical order, echo find, echo change, word play, practice and review. This program is intended for learners who are beginning readers with some sound/letter familiarity. It is meant to limit, if not prevent, the "summer slide" that sometimes occurs with readers. 
Week 1: warm up, new concepts, alphabetical order, echo find, echo change, word play, practice and review - vowel and consonant sounds - p, a, e, i, f, o, u, m
Week 2: warm up, new concepts, alphabetical order, echo find, echo change, word play, practice and review  -  trick words, practice
Week 3: warm up, new concepts, alphabetical order, echo find, echo change, word play, practice and review; 
Week 4: warm up, new concepts, dictation
Weeks 5 & 6 are determined by student need
