In this weekly ongoing class, students will have multiple opportunities to practice reading fluency as well as reading comprehension. We will read one text per week and work on fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, and a variety of reading skills associated with the text at hand. The text is leveled for students with Lexiles between 800-1100; usually between 5th and 6th grade reading level. The reading skills that will be worked on are...
