Does your child love Paw Patrol, talking about Paw Patrol and listening to stories? Then this is the right class for them. In this class, students will hear a Paw Patrol story and use prior knowledge of the characters to help make predictions before the story and during the story to enhance their reading experience. Students will be engaged in the interactive story by answer questions before, during, and after the story to build listening comprehension as they participate in whole group and individual questioning. Students will also participate in an activity after the story. This will be a FUN and interactive way to build reading and listening skills. There will be a different story each week, and materials for the week's activity will be posted before the class begins.

Hello! My name is Teacher Katie
I have my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and my Master's degree in Library Media Science. I have 17 years of experience teaching in public, private school, and online setting. I have taught kindergarten, first, and third grades, as well as experience, teaching ESL and 4 years as a Library Media Specialist. I currently homeschool my 2 children and I love meeting and teaching new students with Outschool.
Outside of the classroom I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, camping and enjoying the outdoors I also enjoy reading and crafting, and almost any DIY project.
