My name is Reuben Richards I was born in London Chelsea and Studied BA in Business Management.

Currently, I teach Business English & English to young and old. I'm also a professionally trained public speaker.

I’m very passionate about my career and enjoy inspiring others to succeed. I’ve had a variety of experiences as an educator, which has led to teaching and designing lessons to a wide range of students at mixed levels. I love to help learners improve their language skills, and pronunciation using a range of techniques and well-researched methods. My diverse experiences have connected me to people of all backgrounds and have inspired me to create my own school.
I particularly enjoy Task-based learning for the following advantages:

•	A natural context is developed from the students' experiences with personalized content and  current affairs that are relevant to them
•	The students will have much more varied exposure to must current resources and content 
•	The student needs are addressed rather than just a boring slide show. 
•	Strong communicative approach and it's enjoyable and motivating. 

My career started in the National Health Service,  I spent 15 years working in Business Administration and Mental Health. I became a leading employee at London's renowned Hospital in Paddington, being their youngest employee ever.  Within the space of a year, I was elected for a Lords Mayor award at London’s Tate Gallery for hard work and achievement at only 17 years of age. 

As a trained CPD Accredited Specialist in Emotional First Aid Crisis, I have put together sessions to help you deal with negatives thoughts and feelings, confidence-boosting techniques & crisis management.  Also how to help others cope. In the chaotic world of modern life,  harnessing our mental and physiological state will lead to stability and success. 

After working in NHS for some time and gaining many project roles,  I shifted my focus towards the private sector.  These skills have enabled me to be a highly organized and efficient individual, whose thorough precise approach to assignments has yielded excellent results. 

My work assignments have taken me to over 65 destinations around the world. Travelling has enabled me to explore new cultures and backgrounds.  Diversity has empowered me to be creative with language and help clients globally reach their full potential.

Some fun facts about me include I know basic Spanish. I love cycling and watching movies.  Love inspiring and help others harness their talents and creative skills. I currently have a cat who feels she can communicate with me. I am the master of eating spicy food. No spice is too much for me I'm yet to be challenged!
