In this one-time class, learners will follow along with me to create a step-by-step super cute "cat-puccino" digital painting. We will start by color blocking all the major shapes, using the various application tools, then we will refine the shapes by adding Clipping Masks and various texture brushes! Learners should have enough time to add their own elements to make this digital painting truly their own! We will work step-by-step together to create this artwork, and at the end everyone will have an opportunity to be Spotlighted to showcase their work. All comments will be positive and uplifting! If a learner doesn't prefer to talk they can use basic gestures like thumbs up/down or head nods and shakes. This class is perfect for learners who have used the Procreate application some, but would like guided step-by-step instructions to complete a finished painting. My name is Rachel and I teach drawing, painting, sketching, and animating using the Procreate app on iPad. Learners may join with another drawing application or traditional materials, whatever they prefer!*

*For lessons that include "Procreate" in the description, the application is a requirement of the class.
Except for 2D Animation Club, if a learner is confident in another animation application they may choose to join with it. However, I will not be troubleshooting other apps during these lessons.
