In this class, your child will be practicing mathematics skills such as: number, shape and space, times tables, word problems pre-algebra and geometry with each lesson centered around a specific goal.  It is meant to teach a variety of math skills through real world applications. 
The lessons are best suited for children who already have a firm understanding of the basic pragmatics of speech and the English language. They will be improving comprehension skills, constructed response, grammar, practicing being the speaker and the listener and so much more.  My teaching style is relaxed.  I usually begin classes with a bell-ringer type activity as a warm up and then work current lessons.  Learner's parent will provide the tutor with the lessons that they would like reinforced prior to each tutoring session. Since this is a 1:1 class student will have a lot of time to interact with the teacher.
