Christmas is right around the corner and what better way to get into the Christmas mood then with a story, songs and a scavenger hunt through the North Pole to find Santa Claus. In this onetime class we will be enjoying one of my favourite Christmas books called The Gingerbread Pirates by Kristin Kladstrup. (If you need something to keep your learners hands busy while we read there will be a book themed colouring page they can do) After we read we will sing a song or two. After our song time there will go on a scavenger hunt to find Santa Claus. This will be an on screen game. Learners will be given clues as to where he might be hiding and we will use our problem solving skills to see if we can find Santa.

This onetime class will be filled with on and off screen fun as well as lots of opportunity for your little learner to engage and interact in class. In Each of my classes I want my friends to feel comfortable and excited. So I do all I can to make sure each student has an opportunity to participate in discussion and games.  

As a bonus AFTER class I will send a special Christmas craft and fun worksheets so your learner can continue to get into the Christmas spirit. I hope to see your learner in my class soon!
