In this one on one experience, I will assess the abilities of your child and cover a variety of early learning topics.  We might discuss colors, letters, numbers, emotions, days of the week, weather, and animals.  I will incorporate  fun games and songs. I can quickly assess  a child's strengths, and build upon those during each of our classes.  I also seek areas where there is room for improvement and I will work with your learner to make progress.  We will practice basic counting skills and help the child relate numbers to quantity, which is challenging for young learners. You will see that I switch topics often in my class, to follow the lead of the child - a happy learner is a productive learner!  I am very patient with young children and I give them the chance to participate in whatever manner they are comfortable. Because this is a private lesson, your child will have my undivided attention.  There is no prior experience necessary for this class.
