Does your child learn best with hands-on instruction? Does your child love to play with a Pop It? This class is designed with your child in mind. In this interactive ongoing class, your child will build fact fluency while using a Pop It fidget toy. The layout for each lesson is as follows. The class will start off with a Pop It race. I will then introduce the learners to an addition fact family. We will use our Pop Its to solve addition problems. Once the students are familiar with all the equations in the fact family we will play games to help them learn these facts by heart. Class One / Week of September 18th - Addition with ones. Class Two / Week of October 2th - Additions with twos. Class Three / Week of October 9th - Additions with threes. Class Four / Week of October 16th - Addition with fours. Class Five / Week of October 23rd - Addition with fives. Class Six / Week of October 30th - Addition with sixes. Class Seven / Week of November 6th - Addition with sevens. Class Eight / Week of November 13th - Addition with eights. Week of November 20th - No Class :-( Class Nine / Week of November 27th - Addition with nines. Class Ten / Week of December 4th - Addition with tens. Please note: Your child can do this class without a Pop It, but they will be missing the hands-on aspect. A Pop It is highly recommended for this class!
