Esta es una clase de ejercicios y entrenamiento en grupos pequeños para estudiantes que quieran probar Pilates. Trabajaremos la fuerza central, la flexibilidad y la postura.

This a live online beginner Pilates class for a small group. Pilates is a form of exercise that enhances strength, flexibility, coordination and mind-body connection. The movements are fun and the workouts are advanced by performing small repetitions of more difficult movements. This means we get a lot of variety of movements in each class and week to week. We begin each class with a warmup and review of the previous week, then we will move into a more challenging workout and finish with some stretching and a wrap up session. Each student is encouraged to try their best and given individual feedback throughout the session. The teacher watches each student for form and motivates the class to do their best! Creating a supportive and motivating atmosphere each week. Week 1: Introductions, learn and practice hundred prep, roll up, modified ab series, bridging, swan, swimming prep, plank front and side Week 2: Review and practice exercises from week 1 and add rolling like a ball Week 3: Review and practice exercise from week 2 and add sidelying leg series Week 4: Review and practice exercises and participate in a Pilates challenge This class is a great way to add strength and conditioning to your learners weekly routine. The benefits of Pilates include improved posture, strength, flexibility, and mind body connection.

Please have adequate space to lay on your floor. A mat or towel are reccommended for comfort. Pilates is practiced barefoot and it is always good to have a waterbottle handy to hydrate.
