Perfect for the beginner painter.  No experience necessary.......Really!  
Just paint - a - long with Ms. Muse  and by the end of class you will have created a masterpiece! 

 At the beginning of class we discuss our paint station and supplies together  and discuss how the different brushes can create different paint strokes.  
Students will follow along step by step as I paint every detail right  in front of them.   
  I will demonstrate  how the paint colors work together and layer these to create beautiful paintings with depth. 
 They will learn painting terminology and some awesome techniques.
 Students will have be able to share  their work at the end of the class if they choose.   It's exciting to see how proud they are of their work and they will improve with each painting they create.

Metas de aprendizaje

Students will learn how to use and mix acrylic paints, while using  different  techniques to layer and blend  on their canvas, 
 creating  beautiful  paintings with depth.
 I will instruct by demonstrating and painting each step to complete the featured painting.

*Please note, the structure/ timing of the class is geared toward 11x14.


3 different sized Brushes :  ( I like to use nylon brushes as they clean up nicely) 
3/4 or  1 " Flat wash brush 
Medium ROUND  brush  ( size 8 or size 10 )
Small Detail ROUND brush ( size 3 or 4) 

Bowl of water 
 paper towel or old cloth.

My passion for creating stemmed from a very early age.   
With Education focusing on Art and Design, Instructing both children and adults in the creative process, has always been in the mix. 

Picasso once said that "Every Child was an artist."    I truly believe this.  

My art studio is located outside of Chicago, and I am so blessed to instruct my favorite artists each and every day.  
Giving a little guidance, my goal is to help others become more confident in their own artistic abilities.   I love seeing how proud they are when they create something amazing. 

I offer a few fun painting classes everyday on Outschool.  
These are  MONDAY through FRIDAY and I  strive to offer a few NEW paintings to  each month
