LETS MOVE This class will be set to songs. Lets move, shake, dance and have FUN! Lets get our sillies out and burn off some energy. This class will feature basic movements with music. (hop, skip, jump, march, run, gallop, slide, shake and MORE) Class Format: Introductions/ Greeting/ Stretching/Warm-ups Exercise/ Games Goodbye/Cool Down I am a NJ state certified PE teacher with 2 children at home. This class is movement and exercise very little talking... Please check out my other classes if your looking for more interaction. In this class my goal is to have your child move. All children should be supervised by an adult. Your child should have enough space to move around safely. Please make sure they have sneakers on and have a water bottle. Please note this is an ongoing class. Please see Outschool guildlines.
