Lección 1:
Bacon, cheese and spinach quiche
 In this lesson we will learn to make the most versatile dough there is: Shortcrust! In this particular case we will use a savoury version but it can be used for sweet tarts and pies also.
It's a very simple dough but there are a few important steps that need to happen in order for the dough to come out nice and flaky.
We will learn how to make a basic flan and make an amazing quiche.

Creme brulée, whipped cream & strawberries
 In this lesson we will discover one of the most popular French dessert: "Creme Brulée".
We will serve our cremes brulées with homemade whipped cream and a nice strawberry salad for a touch of freshness.

Lección 3:
Amazing traditional Nicoise salad
 Who said salad is boring?
This is an absolute favourite French dish featuring a mix of fresh vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, olives, tuna, and anchovies, all dressed in a tangy vinaigrette.

Lección 4:
Super cheesy French onion soup
 With very humble beginnings, onion soup has become one of the most well known French dish. This lesson will also involve a fair bit of chopping so we will work on our knife skills.

Parents might need to be nearby to assist with using kitchen appliances such as the oven or stove. It's important to be mindful of potential kitchen hazards. We'll be using the stove and oven to heat ingredients and chopping with knives, so please ensure oven mitts are on hand for safely removing dishes from the oven. Parental supervision is recommended. If you have questions about possible substitutions, please talk to the instructor. I'm here to help you find suitable alternatives to meet your dietary needs.
