This is a powerful transformational program.  These 30 minute sessions are designed to offer a forum to discuss your bespoke journey, identify your short-term, medium and long term goals, map out any challenges and design a program to help you thrive. Personal development is important for various aspects of our current and future lives. Components such as communication efficiency, interview competency, leadership dexterity and organisational skills are pivotal in a variety of fields. The aim of this class is to identify your soft and hard skills, as well as build self-awareness in order to effectively use them. This is a free-flowing platform, where you can feel free to discuss whatever you feel comfortable with, ask questions, share perspectives and benefit from suggestions/action plans. I have an empathetic teaching style, with an encompassing approach for diverse learners. The class format will be highly interactive with discussions around situational case studies, life applicable solutions, and overall practitioner development.

Key areas of development(This is not an exhaustive list):

Week 1: Leadership coaching(Day 1 - communication, negotiation, Day 2 -  influencing styles).

Week 2: Goal setting training.(Day 1 - SMART goals, time management Day 2 -Milestones, deliverables and interview skills)

Week 3: (Day 1 - Planning/resource management, Day 2 - organisational skills(How to stop procrastinating), team management and change management).

Week 4: Corporate idea generation (Day 1 - generating ideas for future goals, Day 2 - Relationship building and reflective practice).

Please note:

•As there is significant preparation made before each session, there will be no refunds for unattended classes. Special consideration will be made in some circumstances if communicated before the session begins.
•Feel free to utilise the classroom recording, if you miss a session. If there is a single student booked in for the class, unfortunately, there will be no content to review.

As this is a personal development class, the camera will need to be turned on for the full duration of the session for effective communication and learning. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before booking. Looking forward to meeting you.
