Let’s have a paw-tastic furry friends pup show! Using a combination of 2D, 3D and digital props, my class enhances learning and will keep each student fully engaged. I’ve designed this class to be a great opportunity for your child to socialize by meeting and connecting with other fans of PP. They will get to talk about their love for the pups, especially during this time where many can’t see their friends. Students are encouraged to dress up if they have a PP shirt/outfit or costume and bring PP toys, books or other items for our show and tell show.🐶🐾 In this class, each student will also learn how we take turns, share and learn interesting facts about the pups! Students will tell us the jobs each pup does and how they help. We will play a guess who they are song along game. Additionally, students will get to share and hear famous phrases each pup is known for saying! ***Remember to click the heart on my profile to follow me in order to see new classes.***

👋 Hello! I'm Teacher Saara. I've been featured as an EPIC and ACE educator! I have a passion for teaching and I am very excited to teach your learner! I love to cook, swim, travel and conduct experiments! I’m originally from an island in the Caribbean called Trinidad. However, I grew up on Long Island, New York and I now reside in South Florida.
🎓 I have a Master's degree in Literacy from Long Island University, a Bachelor’s degree in General and Special Education from St. Joseph’s College as well as certifications in both TESOL and TEFL. I have been teaching for over 12 years in public and private schools. I've also been recognized as an EPIC Educator by Outschool providing instruction and creating class experiences that are Empowering, Passion-driven, Intentional, and Connected. Now that's EPIC!
👩🏫 Currently, I’ve been teaching online for over six years and I have experience teaching well over 15,000 online classes to students and I absolutely love the atmosphere of an online classroom! I have also spent three years in the tropical Caribbean teaching English to children from all parts of the world. I have taught ages three to 18 years old in subject areas such as ESL, reading, conversing skills, phonics, writing, cooking, grammar, math, science, social studies, fingerplay/songs, role playing and much more!
🏆 My goal is to ensure your child feels comfortable, is respected, builds their confidence, sees their potential as they master content in a positive learning environment and promote intellectual diversity. I firmly believe your learner will leave my classroom with the tools they need to succeed.
🎉 My philosophy is a child’s mind is like a blank canvas. It’s up to us educators, parents and everyone involved in a child's life to fill the canvas with meaningful illustrations. My interactive classes will contribute to this. My classes are extremely entertaining with humor, using many 3D props as well as digital props as it makes class more engaging.
