Experiencia de clase

This class will introduce one individual Greek God and the other mythological characters that contribute to their stories. As we observe and analyze characters, we will discuss their strengths and their weaknesses. Furthermore we will discuss the character traits that have made these ancient characters relatable and relevant throughout the centuries!

This class will be dedicated to understanding the background and impact of Ares: the God of War! The book chosen to add depth to Ares' character contains great illustrations and many narratives that introduce multiple mythological gods, beasts, and hero's. Students should be prepared to read, watch movie clips, and discuss their takeaways from each mythological story.

As a teacher, I hope to facilitate meaningful conversation so that students can arrive at their own intelligent conclusions. No materials are required, and no prior knowledge of Greek Mythology is required.
Metas de aprendizaje
