JOIN OR DROP FROM THIS CLASS AT ANY TIME! This art class is meant to spark creativity and out of the box thinking! Students will bring a small box full of items found outside to class each week. THEY CAN BRING ANYTHING THEY WANT! Rocks, leaves, flowers, sticks, nuts, seeds, mud, dirt, pebbles, fur - anything they find! Teacher Ally will provide a new prompt each week in which students will use their materials to create! Prompts could include; make your family, make a boat, make a fish, etc. They put their materials together to create a nature masterpiece! Teacher Ally will help guide the students if struggling or needing assistance. Prompt for each week will be given at the beginning of class to maintain the element of surprise and creative thinking. If your student doesn't like being surprised, please reach out ahead of time and I will tell you what that week is. Materials needed: 1. Items from nature 2. Glue/tape 3. Scissors 4. Piece of paper

Hello and welcome to The Afternoon Connection Academy! All of our teachers are high energy, engaging and know how to get students to love learning! Their high energy and engaging personalities keeps kids interested in the content that they're learning about during our classes. All of our classes are interactive, fun and hands on.
It's important we make learning FUN and that's what we do with our classes on Outschool! We specialize in engaging young learners and keep them wanting to learn more! We truly believe that ALL kids love to learn if we can make it fun and exciting! Our owner, Teacher Ally, has many years of hands on experience with children helping them cope with educational blocks and other academic related issues.
