En este campamento de danza y teatro musical de 4 días, haremos ejercicios de calentamiento y aprenderemos una nueva rutina cada día con una canción de Hamilton. Exploraremos la danza y el teatro musical a través de estilos de jazz, danza lírica, tap y hip hop.

Each class will begin with a warm up that will include stretching exercises on the floor as well as standing. Each class a new Musical Theater dance will be taught! At the end of class, learners will perform for each other in smaller groups. Day 1 - You'll Be Back Class will begin with an Upbeat Cardio Warm Up and will continue on with a floor stretch. Next learners will be taught a Jazzy Musical Theater Dance to "You'll Be Back". Day 2 - The Story of Tonight We will begin class with a Lyrical style warm up and stretch. We will then learn a Lyrical Musical Theater Dance to "The Story of Tonight". Day 3 - Wait For It We will begin class with a Tap warm up to stretch our ankles and bodies. We will move along into a Tap routing to "Wait For It". (no tap shoes necessary) Day 4 - Alexander Hamilton We will begin class with an upbeat Jazz and Hip Hop warm up and stretch. We will then learn a Hip Hop routine to "Alexander Hamilton"

Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT.
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves! I have been instructing children of all ages for 18 years and have loved every minute of it!
When not dancing, I can be found spending time with my husband and two boys. Dancing has always been my number one love and passion and is the fuel for my soul! I can’t wait to see you in my class! Now let’s get moving!
