This morning fitness class is designed to help learners jumpstart their day by offering a movement break to wake up both mind and body and ensure they put their right foot forward!

This class will combine elements of dance, yoga, HIIT, barre, and Zumba into a unique and fun morning fitness routine to help learners start the day in the best way possible! Each class will begin with a brief warmup before diving into the day’s routine. Learners will participate by following along with and mirroring the instructor’s movements. Each class will present a unique and fun fitness routine. No two classes will be the same!

**Learners are asked to come to class dressed to move (no jeans please), have water available, and  enough space to move around without hitting anything. Bare feet or yoga socks are recommended. Please make sure to let the instructor know of any injuries or physical limitations prior to the start of class. PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK**

Stacy has a BA in theatre, and has been teaching children of all ages for over 18 years. She has been teaching dance for the past 12 years both virtually and in-person. Stacy has taken a number of movement and flexibility courses and trainings and is extremely passionate about working with kids and helping them find their favorite ways to move their bodies!
