El alumno disfruta de una hora de cuentos interactiva con atención plena guiada para experimentar la paz dentro de los espacios de la mente y el corazón, mientras aprende habilidades respiratorias para ayudar a respaldar el bienestar diario durante toda la vida.

Class begins with a checking-in so practices may be personalized/adapted to the learner's level; continue with a little stretching to help release physical/mental/emotional stressors, a cleansing and relaxing breath practice; followed by a storytime, showing different approaches to being mindful and peaceful, while enjoying a a special "me-time...

Teacher holds a Summa Cum Laude B.A. in psychology, an M.A. in Liberal Studies, is an experienced Yoga & Meditation college professor, holds the highest credentials from the Yoga Alliance as a Teacher and lead Yoga Teacher Trainer, and is also a Yoga therapist. She is an experienced teacher in the fields of Yoga, Breathing, Meditation, as well as certified by Yale University in the Science of Happiness.
Learner should have a quiet space where to participate in this class without distractions.
