El alumno disfruta de una hora de cuentos interactiva sobre la atención plena a través del yoga para "volver a concentrarse" y abrazar cada día desde un espacio de corazón y mente equilibrado y feliz, aprendiendo habilidades que le ayudarán a respaldar el bienestar diario durante toda la vida.

  • Basic yogic techniques for wellness and wellbeing.
Teacher holds a Summa Cum Laude B.A. in psychology, an M.A. in Liberal Studies, is an experienced  Yoga & Meditation college professor, holds the highest credentials from the Yoga Alliance as an experienced Teacher and lead Yoga Teacher Trainer, and is also a Yoga therapist.   She is an experienced teacher in the fields of Yoga, Breathing, Meditation, as well as certified by Yale University in the Science of Happiness.  
BE PREPARED:

Learner shall be cleared by his/her/their doctor to practice Yoga.

Learner will need a non-toxic Yoga mat; Yoga props are desired but not required; 

Learner should be prepared to practice in comfortable clothes; barefoot; on an empty stomach; and be properly hydrated before class (a water bottle is not needed, but if Learner requires one, then only small sips are recommended);

Do not wear  dangling jewelry; and 

Enjoy a quiet space where to participate in this class without distractions.  


Safety First:  Parent is encouraged to be available and assist Learner as needed.  Learner shall be cleared by his/her/their  Physician to engage in the physical practice of Yoga. By registering Learner in this class, Guardian/Parent(s) acknowledge(s) they understand there are always risks in any physical program, assume(s) all risks, and waive(s) any rights to file any claim against the instructor and Outschool in regards to Learner's participation in class.
