Each week students will participate in a teacher-led guided meditation. Afterward, there will be time to ask questions about the practice or share experiences if students choose to. Practices will include breath awareness, body scan, gratitude, and loving-kindness among others and will be different each week. This class is suitable for everyone. No experience is required. Please dress comfortably and find a quiet place where you can sit and relax for the practice. You may want to use a yoga mat, cushion, chair or bed. Outside practice is not required but highly encouraged.
