Safety Tip:
Before we begin, it's important to emphasize the importance of adult supervision during this activity. Ensure that parents or guardians are present to provide guidance and assistance throughout the class, especially when handling hot water or using sharp objects.

Materials Required:

Blue raspberry or grape Jello (1 pack)
Vegetable oil (chilled in the freezer)
Eye dropper or big syringe
Strainer (tea strainer or seive)
Bowl or cup to strain the oil into. 
Shallow container to drop the jello into. 

Recipe:

Prepare the Jello:
In a bowl, combine one pack of blue raspberry or grape Jello mix.
With adult supervision, add 125 ml of boiling water to the Jello mix.
Stir until the mix is completely dissolved.
Add 125 ml of cold water to the mixture and stir again.

Introduction (2 minutes)

Greet the kids .
Explain the concept of making jelly in oil caviar, a fun and creative culinary adventure.
Share the importance of following safety guidelines and having adult supervision.
Safety Tips (3 minutes)

Emphasize the need for adult supervision throughout the class.
Discuss the importance of handling hot water and sharp objects with care.
Encourage kids to ask for help if they feel unsure or uncomfortable during the activity.
Explaining the Process (5 minutes)

Describe the concept of jelly in oil caviar, where we create small jelly droplets that resemble caviar suspended in oil.
Discuss the unique texture and visual appeal of this culinary creation.
Show visual examples or videos of the final result to spark excitement.
Preparing the Oil (5 minutes)

Explain the importance of using chilled oil for this activity.
Instruct the kids to take the chilled vegetable oil from the freezer and pour it into a shallow dish or container.
Dropping the Jelly (7 minutes)

Distribute eye droppers or big syringes to the kids.
Instruct them to fill the dropper or syringe with the prepared Jello mixture.
Encourage the kids to drop small jelly droplets into the chilled oil, observing how they form caviar-like shapes as they sink.
Creating More Caviar (3 minutes)

Let the kids continue dropping jelly droplets into the oil, experimenting with different shapes and sizes.
Offer guidance and encouragement throughout the process.
Conclusion and Tasting (2 minutes)

Congratulate the kids on their creative culinary adventure.
