Welcome Ice Cream Lovers! In this class, students will be guided to make an absolutely delicious holiday themed peppermint ice cream with just a few simple ingredients! This Christmas themed ice cream will be perfect for the holiday! Ingredients include: 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk 2 cups heavy cream red food coloring 1 tsp mint extract (you can substitute vanilla extract if your kiddo doesn't like mint!) mini chocolate chips, holiday sprinkles-- or any mix ins of your choosing! You will also need a large bowl, a kitchen aid mixer or handheld mixer (one of these is a must-- it cannot be whipped by hand), a large spoon, spatula, measuring cups, and a freezer safe dish are required. During class, students will be given step by step directions by the teacher who will be making a yummy batch of ice cream right along with them! (This doesn't last long in my house!). This recipe is simple and easy for older students to make independently, but younger students may need help from an adult. All ages are welcome. Fun for the whole family! Parents: Please be aware of any allergens your child may have before booking this class! :)
