Welcome to "Little Mindfuls: Yoga and Mindfulness Adventures," a tailored journey for young children aged 3-6 to delve into yoga and mindfulness in a nurturing one-on-one setting. Each 25-minute session invites your child to embark on an engaging adventure that blends the benefits of yoga with mindfulness practices.

In every class, your child will experience the joy of yoga through playful movements and interactive activities suited to their age group. Led by a caring instructor, each session begins with a warm welcome and introduction to the day's theme, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. Your child will engage in fun yoga poses inspired by animals and nature, enhancing physical coordination and body awareness while learning to connect movement with breath.

Each week, we explore a different theme and incorporate our yoga poses and mindfulness activities to match the theme of the week. Throughout the adventure, we incorporate mindfulness techniques like simple breathing exercises and guided visualizations to promote relaxation and calmness. Your child will embark on imaginative journeys, exploring themes like nature, animals, and inner peace, all while developing essential skills for emotional well-being.

Each session concludes with positive affirmations and a moment for reflection and sharing, allowing your child to express what they've learned and enjoyed. They'll leave feeling empowered, relaxed, and ready to carry their newfound mindfulness skills into daily life.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of your child during the yoga portion of this class is our top priority. Please ensure that your child has an open workout space free of obstacles to prevent tripping or falling. Proper footwear or a yoga mat is recommended to provide stability and prevent slipping. Additionally, your child should have a water bottle nearby to stay hydrated. Parental supervision is advised to ensure that exercises are performed correctly and safely. Thank you for your cooperation in making this a safe and enjoyable experience for all students.
