¡Coach de vida para deportistas!

For this 'roundtable' type class/discussion, we will be discussing various topics within the life coaching for athletes circuit. Those topics include, but not limited to evaluating the past, evaluating the present, discovering problems, finding solutions, setting goals, making solid and realistic plans for the goals, making behavioral/internal changes, making external changes, setting personal goals/other goals, making solid plan for personal/other goals, evaluating the steps taken towards goals and life after sports. These topics are from my certification process through two former NBA players. Topics can also be driven from the learners themselves. Each session will be different. It will depend on how these discussions flow. This will be very interactive to where not only will the students learn from the facilitator, but students will learn from each others. And yes, the facilitator will learn from the students themselves. There is no required experiences needed for the athletes to participation in this 'roundtable'. This will be a very fun atmosphere, but also a very serious one! There will be allowance for disagreements, but never any disrespects among the students. Professionalism and confidentiality will be enforced!

In this, we will find ways to turning their messes into their messages. I vow to have good relations with the students, study their moves when not speaking. I will have a T.E.A.M. module when dealing with the students. Those include as follows:

(T)rust is important when dealing with a student or students
(E)ncourage the student or students to come up with new approaches
(A)ccomplish small, weekly goals with the student or students
(M)otivate your student or students to continue with a new focus or focuses.

With my certification process, we have a slogan where, "Everybody needs somebody!" Everyone has a dream or a passion of some sort in their lives. And naturally, everybody wishes to share that part of themselves with someone or others, who will listen closely and maybe even help those dreams and passions become a reality. We all want someone to believe in us and take us seriously enough to encourage our most ambitious fantasies. 

So in closing, this will be used to act as a breath of fresh air for the student or students. And hopefully, this will leave them feeling relieved and burden-free. 

Also in event of where only one learner is enrolled, the session will still take place in an one-on-one session with full attention giving to.

Those sessions are and will be dedicated to the late great Kobe Bryant! We will have the 'Mamba Mentality' in these sessions!
