Join us every week for a new breakfast made from scratch. I will walk you through step by step how to make a delicious breakfast for your whole family to enjoy. You'll learn how to improve your food preparation skills, along with better food safety. Each week you'll add a new delicious recipe to your food repertoire, and your confidence in the kitchen will grow! Here's an ongoing list of what we will be preparing in class: (These dates and recipes are tentative and subject to change. Here’s what you’ll need: 1/2 Lb breakfast sausage 2 cups spinach fresh 6 large eggs 2 tablespoon Feta cheese crumbled 1/2 cup shredded cheese shredded, any flavor (Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Monterey, etc. . . ) 1/2 cup salsa plus more for serving 7 medium tortillas corn or flour cooking spray Salt SUPPLIES frying pan Baking sheet Wooden spoon Measuring cups Measuring spoons Knife Cutting board
